Return and Refund Policy

Due to the marketplace nature of used, recycled, and dismantled car parts, our refund criteria are strictly defined.

1. Verification Period

Buyers must verify the compatibility of parts at the time of manual pickup. If a part does not match the specifications approved by the admin (e.g. incorrect model fitment or undeclared damage), buyers must report it within 24 hours of pickup.

2. Payout Hold

Seller payouts are held in a pending status for 24-48 hours. If a valid returns request is approved, the order is cancelled, the listing is archived, and the buyer is refunded.
